Terms of Use · version 2026-10-04 · effective 2026-10-04
These terms are an agreement between you and Unconventional Robotics(“UCR”, “we”), which runs Strike Trainer. By creating an account or using the trainer you accept them. Please also read the Privacy Policy.
1. Who can use it
- You must be 18 or older.
- One account per person. Don't share your account or create extra ones.
- Your callsign must not impersonate anyone or be offensive. We may change or remove callsigns that are.
2. Fair play
- Don't tamper with the trainer, its scores or its network traffic: no modified clients, scripts, bots, replayed or forged submissions, or automated flying presented as your own.
- Don't try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the service or other pilots' data.
- We check runs for signs of tampering. We may remove scores, reset leaderboards, and suspend or ban accounts that break these rules, at our discretion.
3. Your flight data
Every run records your stick inputs and the simulated drone's flight data (the full list is in the Privacy Policy).
You grant UCR a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to store, use, copy, analyse and modify your flight logs and run data for research and for developing and training models, including autonomous drone models, and to use anything derived from them. You agreed to this when you created your pilot card.
If you delete your account we delete your flight logs. Models already trained, and anonymised datasets already derived, may continue to be used.
4. It's a simulator
Strike Trainer is a training simulator. It is not real-world flight instruction, certification or a qualification, and it does not replace training on real aircraft, local aviation rules or your organisation's procedures. The flight model is an approximation: how it flies here may differ from how a real drone flies. Fly real aircraft safely and legally.
5. Our service
- Strike Trainer is in early access. Maps, missions, scoring and features may change, reset or be removed.
- We may pause or end the service, or close accounts, at any time.
- The trainer, its content and its code belong to UCR. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer them.
6. No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, UCR is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, lost scores or anything that happens because you relied on the simulator.
7. Ending your account
You can stop at any time and delete your account from your pilot card. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do we will change the version date above, and for material changes we will ask you to accept them before you fly again.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
